MEET YOUR INSPECTOR
THOMAS BURDEN, CPI
My name is Thomas Burden, InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector, State Licensed Home Inspector, and Board Licensed Contractor.
While I am very proud of my qualifications, it is my hands-on experience that sets me apart. I was born in Oregon and have been building and fixing houses and buildings since I was a kid. Houses are “in my blood”, so to speak.
In addition to this, I spent 23 years in the US Army, retired as a Chief Warrant Officer having worked in logistics and property accountability, so I am very meticulous, thorough, and detail-driven when it comes to properties.
I like inspecting houses and seeing what they are hiding – and then helping my clients make wise decisions about their purchase. Always learning and taking continuing education courses through InterNACHI.
We are also local. We own a small ranch just outside of Lebanon Oregon and like to help the community.
MORE THAN YOUR AVERAGE HOME INSPECTOR
I understand homes better than most – because I have worked on them for many years. I have hands-on experience with every aspect of a home, such as wiring, plumbing, roofing, pouring concrete, and anything else you can think of. That time in my life brought me more experience and knowledge about a home than most inspectors, and taught me the value of honest and hard work.
I am a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which is the world’s largest home inspector association. There are many reasons to hire us:
- InterNACHI Certified
- Oregon Certified Home Inspector # 2339
- Construction Contractors Board License # 229700
- Decades of industry experience
- Veteran owned
I am committed to bringing value with my hands-on experience in home building and construction management, combined with thorough training and a hands-on approach, to each comprehensive home inspection.
